Neropece “is not only an accommodation located in the heart of Ragusa Ibla, but above all the realization of a project followed by its two owners with passion, dedication and stamina. So a lonely building, the first antique prestigious building, overlooking the life of the road thanks to three splendid bows, on a historic street of Ibla, a few meters from the Duomo, resumes a new life. The palace is the “noble” part of a building that was built on a cave of the sixteenth century and then built in several stages. It is realized using the materials of the territory: stone and pitch; the latter is a particular type of limestone, characteristic of the area of ​​Ragusan, soaked with bitumen, which makes it take on the characteristic dark brown color, sometimes sometimes mottled. It is implemented by the owners a restoration as conservative as possible, respecting to the maximum those that are the characteristics of the property:

vaulted ceilings, rooftop floors, the cave that keeps the pebble that belonged to it, all restored and maintained; but at the same time original elements are inserted, which enhance the character and the desire to welcome travelers.
